Training & Education

In Person Training & Education

We regularly present Collection Forums that teach the best techniques for collecting your receivables, encourage and empower team members to ask for payment and handle negotiations, provide guidance on best-practices for financial policy, preparing for litigation, and much more! We began presenting these seminars in 1992 to help our clients collect more on-time payments from their customers, put the best policies in place in their offices, and work with our company in a superior partnership.

The bi-annual Collection Forums are timed to follow the close of the Oregon Legislature regular sessions, allowing us to review changes in rules and laws that impact your collection efforts. During the forums the audience is encouraged to ask questions — we are here to help you.
